    💯 the best book for SOF and life.

    You may think this is a book about SOF selection, how to train and the mentality it takes to get you there, but you’d be surprised at how so much of this book is about how to life a good life. It holds a special place on my bookshelf. I cannot recommend it enough no matter where you are in life.

    Gives your the approach to training

    Life changing! Provides basic information about how your body repsonds to training, including some light science. The book helps understand the impact training has on your body, mind and CNS. Also explains how to think your way through tough times. Excellent for anyone facing significant physical, stressful and overwhelming challenges. Clearly focused on SOF, but has relevance in 1st Response, wider military and extreme challenges such as 100+ utras, Adventure races etc.

    This book is most comprehensive and sophisticated guide on building mental and physical resilience for nearly all aspects of life. From guiding you to build your own intelligent workout routine that fits into an active life to spotting limitating factors in your physical and mental performance, this book helps you to find your own answers.
    I havent finished it yet but definitely already scored a spot in my Top 3 books i´ve read all my life!
